It's been months since I've been on here...and a LOT of troublesome things have happened in life...Through it all, I've done rather well at maintaining my weight...I technically gained 6.7 pounds...but I think that 222.0 weight was a bit low to begin with...I don't know if I was dehydrated that day or what, but even the next day I was up over 223...

Regardless, I have gained a few pounds...but with my work schedule and the issues and stress I've dealt with in life, I'm OK with that...This included a 17 day trip to Finland, where I didn't eat as well as I should have...That alone accounted for 2+ pounds of my weight gain...

Now, here's where I'm bothered...I've been eating very well and exercising a lot over the past 2-1/2 weeks, but I'm not losing any weight...Like ZERO...My caloric intake has been between 1600-2100 calories a day...and I've been walking 3-6 miles (typically 5+, though 3 on the days I only walk at work and not in the evening)...I have a nutritionist appt on Monday, so I guess I'll get her take on it...After the first week, I figured it was just a plateau 'cause of my body not being used to eating well and exercising again...but now that it's been 2-1/2 weeks, I'm confused and frustrated with it...Hopefully I'll drop off the plateau by Monday morning...

I've typically been having 12 oz of oatmeal with 1 tbls of brown sugar...and 1 cup of skim milk for breakfast...so about 400 calories...Two slices of low-fat lunchmeat (ham or turkey) with lettuce, Miracle Whip Light (1 tsp) and mustard, and 1 oz of Special K chips or baked Lays, and sometimes a small soup when they have a healthy soup here at work (the soup is usually between 100-140 calories)...so about 360 calories without a soup or 460

I don't think I'm going to any Super Bowl parties this weekend...I don't want to be tempted with delicious food the night before my nutritionist appt *LOL*...
228.7 lb Lost so far: 69.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
