My weight is up today. I exercised yesterday, but ate too much last night. I am still going light on the exercises, but had a good kenpo workout and a nice hike yesterday. I hope to really pick it up next week.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
