Wohoooo!! Lost another lbs. I will stop with the Atkins shakes to see if this will help me lose more per week. Gym Time After work!!

It's Super Bowl weekend and I AM EXCITED for the food I will be eating. Wings are allowed and I will have a variety on non-breaded wings for the game!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
