Then there's this...
I am using a freight scale at work , fully clothed as a baseline. haha. Probably a better idea if I weigh at home in all of my naked glory on a personal scale, right?? Hehe
Well, since that's how I started I may keep on so it doesn't look like I dropped 5 pounds in 3 days. We will see.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
