La grasa 20% y en nutricionista 19%. Visite Nutricionista baje 20lbs de May 2011 a Feb 1 2012. Baje como 14lbs en grasa. Medidas muy bien.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
