well a loss is a loss! I am so glad I was able to remember to order grilled instead of fried, order steamed veggies instead of potatoes, and keep from indulging on snacks on my vacation. Now I need to get back down to business!
164.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week
