My weight is down again today. I have been cutting back on snacks and I did Kenpo last night. I wanted to do chest and back, but I'm still recovering from my latest cold. I was just glad to do something and move a little. I may do lighter workouts this week and try to turn up the heat again next week. We will see how I feel.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 69.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
