I have been avoiding entering my weight for a reason; My old scale went crazy, (it's seen me naked one to many times I guess), and I had to get a new one. My new scale said I was almost 5lbs heavier than my old scale, so I have waited until I could catch up with my last entry. This morning, I passed it, (or the new scale is trying to hurry up and get rid of me, not sure which).
220.8 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
