Spent a week with my mother and she didn't get the "low carb" part of my diet. "Eat more fruit. It is good for you". "A slice of raisin bread won't hurt." Of course, she is 92 so she must be doing something right. I'd glad to be back on my routine.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
