I followed the plan reasonalby well, but I really struggled with the craving after being off for 1 1/2 weeks. I also watched our 3 grandkids this weekend so of course there was pizza and crap flowing through out the house but I was able to resist it all...well except for a handfull of popcorn, which isn't to bad it has 17 g of net carbs per 3 1/2 cups and I ate less then 1/2 cup.
