well my father came to visit this weekend, and when hes on vacation it revolves around food... so needless to say, im just glad that i weigh the same as i did a week ago... but now its time to buckle down and start going to the gym and losing weight
238.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
