My wife made Pho. She's frm Da Nang, and her pho is literally the best I've had. So I decided halfway through the day to carb load. After a bowl of pho with noodles I had some jackfruit chips and a piece of caramel candy. I'm OK with gaining a little over a pound a day for a while. I'm lifting and the deca for my shoulder will cause me to retain water as well as build muscle.
