Well, after a long hard weekend i still lost weight. now just a few days until i go to Jakarta. I hope i do well without my Fat secret app.
308.6 lb Lost so far: 102.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1761 kcal Fat: 60.29g | Prot: 107.87g | Carb: 207.01g.   Breakfast: Pure Almond Milk - Original, Bananas, Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, Oatmeal. Lunch: Chicken or Turkey Salad, Young Green Onions (Tops Only), Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Dinner: Sweet Potato, Succotash, Pork Loin (Whole, Lean Only). Snacks/Other: 100 Calorie Healthy Pop Butter, 100 Calorie Packs Cocoa Roast Almonds (Emerald), Turkey Pepperoni. more...
