Had food poisoning since Sunday night and unable to follow any kind of diet until today. Had gone back upto 224lbs but lost 4 lbs since Monday, though I think most of that loss will be muscle.

After a very successful January, February has been an absolute disaster with the straining my ligament in lower back and now this!

Really limited with what training I can do to work around the injury.

Ah well, onwards and upwards.
