back on deca for shoulder pain. It's helping. I'll gain weight, much of it water. That's OK, water is easy to lose and I'll do a cutting phase after the shoulder pain goes away. I've been in the gym 5 times in the last week. I'm back up to 25 minutes on the elliptical and 80 reps of straight crunches. Tomorrow I'm working legs again.
