Yesterday was the day after my daughter's birthday party, and I was exhausted and surrounded by cake. :) I did pretty well all day, then we had dinner out with hubby's colleagues, which included beer. In all, I think the calories were excessive - but fun!
248.6 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
