Okay. I'm feeling a bit better today. I hope I'm pretty much over being sick for the year. I can now focus on my work outs and diet once more. I'm going to see how well I can do with my chest and back workout tonight. I still feel a little weak, but I do feel like I'm out of the woods with this head cold. S.
