This non diet approach to losing weight is really paying off.
In the past 4 weeks I have rediscovered hiking and lifting weights. My wonderful wife has been a blessing in that she helps me count my calories and I still can eat pretty much what I want but just need to stay under a certain calorie target each day, and that drops about 15 calories each week. I have lost 8 lbs already in 4 weeks
202.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
