Ate restaraunt food only yesterday 1/4 lb filet steak 1/4 lg lobster butter asparagus sauteed mushroom 4 pcs spicy tuna sushi small bowl of beef pho 1 tbsp mashed potatoes 1 tbsp of butter I this I might have underestimated the amount of butter everything was cooked in. Total calories 1350 yesterday was 500 calories more than my past 4 days I guess I deserve a little calorie cutting break.

Well, hold on .. might be okay after figuring your Net Calorie intake. Y'know, I had a very small portion of mac and cheese that the rest of family was having with there battered fish fillets. We had a tasty carrot salad with carrots, diced banana, pineapple, 1/2 a cut up orange, a handful (1/2 cup) dried cranberries soaked in hot water to wash off some of the sugar) and 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts and 1/3 c. OJ concentrate for the dressing. Okay didn't plan on writing a recipe here, point being my oven baked non-battered fish fillet, a reasonable portion of carrot salad, and 1/2 a small serving spoon of mac anc cheese. fits into a reasonable "diet" plan IMHO

My net caloric has always been a deficit negative caloric intake each and everyday since the program just that yesterday was only -1600 vs -2000 to -2200 on the first 4 days I guess I overate 400-600 calorie compared to the first few days of my diet. The reason was it had to be eaten or it would spoil because it was provided by an. Enabler for just that day.
