its been awhile since I have checked in. I felt so good that I started eating bad foods again......not smart.
I recently started feeling the snug with my clothes again...... had to realize that I was giving up eating right for my health. Went back to the basics to remind myself that "occasionally" its okay to eat some not so good foods, but I need to be eating healthy everyday, especially as i get up in the years. There for I stepped on the scale and wanted to scream because my weight went up more than I thought - happy to say that I have gotten back into a excersize routine and back to eating right and I'm back down to 210. looking forward to my next weigh in! bonus is I am sleeping better too.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
