I can't keep gaining. I need to start feeling better. My joints hurt. My back hurts. I am always tired. I just need to turn this around. I get frustrated though because I expect to see immediate results. I know that is silly because I didn't put the weight on over night so surely I shouldn't expect it to come off over night. I am a little afraid to start because I am tired of starting something that I don't follow through with. Well, here goes nothing.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I have been in the same boat as you for a while, but I see you are on south beach. I lost a good 20 pounds on south beach before joining this site. gained some back cuz life has gotten crazy but I am back on board, don't give up, stick to the diet, try and read the book it is really inspiring and motivating.
