Classiclady's Journal, 19 February 2010

This has not been a very good week for me. I haven't felt well so I have nto gone to the gym, I didn't journal well. I did still manage to lose 1lb.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
