Unexpected exercise today I helped unload and carry a new kitchen - It was about 0.5 hr intense work and 8 hrs of driving. Also sold 360 of my old vinyl records. So far my newly arrived kettle bells are looking lonely. ~Perhaps tomorrow.
227.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
