I'm amazed that I'm continuing to lose weight. I am eating throughout the day, small amounts, and I try to include the 12 main ABS ingredients as much as possible. I really haven't done much exercise though. I guess it must have something to do with keeping the metabolism up. I figure if I really kick up the exercise, I could lose a heap more!
