Oops...a month has gone by and I haven't done anything new or anything to lose more weight!
My birthday happened and I probably put on weight that week...I did eat and drink a lot...
And then there's been work. Work, work, work...I know it's mostly evenings, but I am so tired.
And that's the other problem: sleep. I love sleep. LOVE IT! And I am definitely not getting enough of it. I can't fall asleep until 2am or later and then my body wants me to get up around 9am and I can't, so I curl deeper into bed and doze on and off until 11am and still feel no more rested than before. I need to get more sleep!
So, here I am, a month later, and nothing to show for it, other than I haven't managed to get huge! Which may be a good thing in and of itself. I'd like to be under 200lbs for the new year, so I really have to get my ass in gear...and if that means I have to walk home in the freezing cold every night from work, so be it! I have to do something!
