Large, sodium heavy restaurant meals, the trick is to only eat half. But if you eat the second half, you had double your sodium for a 24 hour period. This leads to sugar binging, and congestion buildup. 2 pound spikes up and down seem to indicate that a third is maybe an ideal, and that they would be wspread over four days....
