Yippee!! Finally under 200. Seems like it's taking forever, but I know that's the "right" way to do it. Maybe if I exercised more it would come off faster. Switched from outside walking to treadmill yesterday. I'm not a big fan of cold ( 3 degree windchill this morning)Hope next week is a good one!
