Wow! We went to Golden Corral yesterday. I did my absolute best to eat foods that I thought would be acceptable foods. I did kind of doubt myself a little but enjoyed the almost 2 plates of food(one salad and the other meat and veggies). I even went back for a second small steak!
Later, I entered my food as best as I could remember all that I had eaten, on fatsecret.com.
I believe I am in fat burning mode, aka the Atkins Edge! I lost 2 lbs yesterday alone! Yay! For the day my percentages ended up being: fat 66%, protein 26%, and carbs 8%.
My mind has a hard time believing that you can eat those percentages of fat and still loose! I am in love with Atkins way of eating.
265.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 115.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
