Did get period...Yestetday morning I was 123.2 lbs...then I went and ate 2000 calories and 80 grams of fat while skipping my work out....Good thing today is Monday and I can start the week over, right?
125.0 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
