determined to stick to my healthy eating plan, dont call it a diet or i want all those forbidden foods lol. but so far so good and i start the movin' and groovin' challenge today, wish me luck x
130.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
