So the weigh in I put up a couple of days ago was a measure I got last week, so good points, I've gone down this week! Bad points, had a terrible food day today 😣 started out well, then got to stress eating 🙈 sooooo... I'm sending out optimistic vibes to everyone, including those of us that had a minor (or major) slip, let's do healthy!
