I just cant believe it. I am sooo happy.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@ambzie. I havs tried intermittent fasting after reading about it here on FS. Cutting out bulk carbs and sugar has also helped. With my energy levels too. I also joined a bootcamp on Saturday and 5km run on Sundays. This is just to manage my weekend overeating.
