These challenges have been really fun so far. Its really hard to eat palm sized meals when all my friends around me are eating big juicy steaks. Pray for me folks this will be a bumpy ride.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
