Had two sandwiches yesterday. That is not helpful. I was too lazy to cook when I got home and another night of salad for dinner was not appealing. Gonna splurge on some custard tonight.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
