Okay, I need to pay attention to my eating again. I have just been so hungry since I was sick. I know my body is trying to compensate for the lost nutrients, but I need to get back on track.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2088 kcal Fat: 100.34g | Prot: 104.65g | Carb: 205.95g.   Breakfast: Shedd's Spread Light Spreadable Margarine, Reduced Fat Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, Milk (Nonfat), Fried Egg, 12 Grain Specialty Bread, Salsa. Lunch: turkey chili. Dinner: Garden Fresh Coleslaw, Tartar Sauce, Green Beans, Cabbage, Catfish. Snacks/Other: Milk Chocolate Candies , Butter or Sugar Cookie with Icing or Filling Other Than Chocolate, Smart Pop Kettle Korn 100 Calorie Mini Bags, Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Trail Mix Fruit and Nut. more...
