Well had a rough week, it being valentines and all certianlny didnt help, and i have a feeling this week coming up wont be much diff since family is visiting specifically to try some restaurants
238.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
