I've been off work for a couple of weeks and have totally pigged out. I find if I'm not living a structured day I neglect to do things - take my pills daily, eat sensibly, workout. It's back to a schedule tomorrow so I'll work to get these unwanted pounds off.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
