Yesterday I did not feel well and this morning's weigh in actually said 195.5 but I am going with Saturday's weight and I will weigh in tomorrow too. I am fairly sure I was dehydrated this morning due to feeling so ill yesterday and Saturday night. I really did not enjoy Cassandra's party after looking forward to it. I felt very tired and very odd - all over not well. I brought all sorts of special food and couldn't bring myself to eat it. Today I have recovered and I have to be careful not to compensate by over eating. It is snowing again so I will have to be careful about shoveling. I overdid it last week.
