Decided trying my "own" diet is a total fail and I'm going to try weight watchers online starting tomorrow and see if that works for me. I know if something is too structured and forbidding foods (like Atkins for example) I will start "craving" every single food denied to me...even though I probably rarely eat it I will all of a suddent want it because it's denied. So, it seems Weight Watchers is the least restrictive regarding foods allowed etc...however the constant counting of points may be a down fall for me but before I shoot it down I want to give it a try so as of tomorrow I will be starting.
