My weight is coming up again. I had a good workout last night. It was a little light, but I'm still recovering from last weeks flu. I need to watch what I eat again and keep trying to do more during my workouts. S.
204.2 lb Lost so far: 70.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1687 kcal Fat: 77.11g | Prot: 121.22g | Carb: 135.20g.   Breakfast: Shedd's Spread Light Spreadable Margarine, Reduced Fat Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, Milk (Nonfat), Fried Egg, 12 Grain Specialty Bread, Salsa. Lunch: uncle ben, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Ground Turkey (Cooked), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Sugar Free Boston Cream Pie Pudding. Snacks/Other: Smart Pop Kettle Korn 100 Calorie Mini Bags, Honey , Peanut Butter, Trail Mix Fruit and Nut. more...
