Working out is definitely going to have to be scheduled like ever thing else. No Pain No Gain
240.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercise is the one thing that is so easy to put off, especially for me. Now I've set aside a minimum daily goal of 7500 steps with the intent of reaching 10K. Anything over that is gravy. Best of luck on working in your routine!
