Terrible couple of days. I'm not quite sure what happened and I just wanted to eat Eat EAT!!! As a result my weight has gone up higher than Christmas and just gutted. Straight back to it today - I need to get real and stop sabotaging myself. Got up early and just finished a hard run - sprint repeats, so will hopefully get me in the zone for the day ahead.
