Not really doing atkins, just watching what i eat and how much of it i eat. seems to be working. Got back to the gym. So running atleast 3 to 4 days a week. Can't waite till the time changes and its lighter later, will start running outside when that happens.
For valentines day my gift from hubby get to go buy a new vacuum. So excited, mine now just blows the dirt around the house, doesn't really pick it up.
I'm on track to be in the high 170s by my birthday. Very Very happy about that. Well done babbleing.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.
No school next week, presidents week here, weather is supposed to be in the high 60'.
181.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.4 lb a week
