This was way easier, lazier something to do this just Saturday. Alright I ocassionally skipped a Saturday yo check my weight. That means I'm definitely going to have to do more moving because I'm noticing nothing here. Damn I see why people give up on a diet I'm about ready to throw in a towel myself. But we don't surrender in Brooklyn new game plan than. Always be prepared Plan A-Z because shit goes wrong real fast.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
