I'm weighing in early this week because we are leaving for Ga early in the morning and I won't get the chance to do it later in the week, and well Thursday is Thanksgiving and I REALLY don't want to weigh in the day after that ;) I tried stepping up to the OWL this week, but I am going to go back to induction for a while next week. I still lost 1 lb which is great, but I just don't feel as well eating the carbs as I do when I keep them below 20. I also didn't follow it as closly as I should have either, but I think for me until I get past the holidays especially this one I'm going to stick to the familar and try and keep the carbs to 20.
