Weekly Calorie Deficit:2,000 - beat last weeks!
I'M 0.5LBS AWAY FROM HALFWAY!!! ********* I felt hungry all this week and I hated it. I think part of it is that I really wasn't doing anything else, so my entire focus was on when I would eat next - which is not healthy anyway. I think the other part is that I'm coming down with a little something, which I only realized last night/today.
Regardless, I'm feeling quite bitter about meeting my calorie goals every day. It just isn't fun right now. Because I don't want to get discouraged/think badly about this, I'm going to at maintain level this week/as many days this week as I feel necessary.
