According to personal trainer I am too thin. So his thinking is that I shouldn't lose any more weight. K did just have to buy size two Old Navy jeans....so maybe he has a point. I don't need to be any skinner but I haven't toned up either. He also wants me to consume 1800 calories a day but low fat. Yesterday was my first attempt at this and I failed staying around 40 grams of fat by a lot. I promised I would try this Feb. 1 - 29 but when I realized my jean size I figured I could start right away. It's hard to be soooo close to 122 (the goal I set) and give it up. As for the weight gain of over a pound this week...I'm hoping it's PMS since it is about that time.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
