A TOTAL SO FAR OF 9.8 LBS LOST since January 5th!

What a 2 weeks. I could not weigh in last week.....stomach flu..YUCK! But I lost 3.2 lbs during the last 2 weeks.

1. Tracking
2. Filling foods
3. Reward yourself with LEGAL things when you need a sweet treat or when you need something crunchy.
238.4 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 February 2010:
1350 kcal Fat: 44.85g | Prot: 50.17g | Carb: 203.13g.   Breakfast: grape nuts, fat free milk', coffee, coffee creamer. Lunch: avacado, mayo, iceberg lettuce, tomato, bacon, white bread. Dinner: cauliflower, i cant believe it isnt butter, broccoli, lasagna. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Cinnamon Rice Pudding, sugar free mint chocolate chip ice cream. more...
