Seems to be a little fast, so I think it is water weight. When I see 150, then I"ll get excited. But exercise really, really helps. Also getting rid of all the temptations (good bye potato chip bag in the closet) and keeping a lot of protein snacks/veggies at work has been huge
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
