Lost 40 pounds doing an 800 calorie diet with protein shakes through local bariatric doctor, but they were so full of chemicals and bad crap that in 2017 i want to eat super clean and detox all that stuff! I did reach healthy goal weight but heck, now i want to look hot which for me is a bmi of about 21 since i weight train. Will also do weekly fasts for detox and longevity and calorie restriction too. Sugar and grains are still a no.

Still, I averaged just 2 pounds a week at that level of calorie restriction. But the cool thing was I never hit a plateau. So maybe i am not doomed to gain it all back...
